Be available for responses as we will message with you regarding your order, send you artwork for approval, and wait to receive your approval before cutting and welding it.
If your brand includes 4 design elements or more (letter, number, shape,) it will need to be in the 6" x 6" category.
3 or less design elements (letters, numbers, shape) usually will be in the 4" x 4" category.
The handles are 20" except for the 10" brand, it comes with a 30" handle.
If you are unsure of what size to purchase, go ahead and send us the image in a message and we will let you know our recommendation.
We don't offer returns on customized personal brands, however we will get your approval on art prior to creating it. If you have any questions or issues please reach out to us and we will do our best to work with you.
Also, we try to get our brands out within 10 days, however delays in receiving files, art approval, etc. Can push that back farther. Also back ups in November and December can occur due to volume, if you have a time crunch, please reach out to us prior to placing your order to see if we can meet your deadline. Like most shops in December, we recommend placing your order early to avoid the last minute shipping rush. We recommend you placing a Christmas order prior to Dec 10th.
